New Zealand National Champion, Marc Jacobs is joining the North Kiteboarding team
One of the most well-versed kiters in the industry, Marc is a force to be reckoned with in the Big Air and Freestyle scene, as well as dominating Wakestyle/ Park, is joining North Kiteboarding. Marc has a unique riding style that is powerful, aggressive, and composed. With his ability to throw down monstrous megaloops, it’s not surprising that he’s been crowned New Zealand National Champion for the last 12 years. He is also a prominent figure on the cable-scene and was the first to land a megaloop board off late roll while competing in Red Bull King of the Air.

I kind of feel like Marc has found a new direction – his spirit is so strong, he’s so intent on pushing the limits. Marc is training round the clock, in the gym, at the park, and on the beach. We seriously can’t wait to see where he is going to take the sport. Watch this space – it’s going to be next-level.” As well as becoming an international team rider for North Kiteboarding, Marc will also play an instrumental role in testing out kiteboarding equipment. His kite-industry experience is a real asset for the North product development team.
